We've placed two orders for brochure holders - several months apart. (You have to order at least two at a time.) For both orders, one holder is perfect and the second one is not. Both shipments had a holder with a crooked lid. The first time, I called and returned the inferior quality holder. The person I spoke to was apologetic and quickly shipped a replacement, which is why I was a return customer. I also think the holder is very functional. It has survived high temps outside and is now holding up under subzero temps. Impressive! However, the fact that I have to call and return another holder is not acceptable. Someone needs to more carefully inspect the products before they are shipped out.
